The King’s Man (2021)

In the early years of the 20th century, the Kingsman agency is formed to stand against a cabal plotting a war to wipe out millions.

This movie is the beginning of the story of the beginnings of the secret service and shows its multitasking and courage, so to speak. Of course, these qualities have always been present in the characters mentioned above, but they have appeared on assignment or “because the bosses told them to”. This is somewhat different.

We are facing the eve and the times of the First World War. The movie gives a good look at the events leading up to those or other temporary events in history and how they affected the course of history in Russia, Britain, America and Germany. All this is shown quite competently and unobtrusively, without any deepening into the essence of the war or who is right or wrong. This does not create an “alternate reality” and on the contrary, somewhere and embellished, which is not tedious, and for the history of the viewer can go and books.
