Tom and Jerry (2021)

In 1940, American television screens first saw Tom and Jerry, two lovable animals in perpetual conflict. Inquiring minds continue to wonder which of them is still on the side of evil, while most simply enjoy the endless catch-up in which everyone is supposed to be hurt, but really isn’t.

Experiments with the concept of the show began a long time ago. First, about Tom and Jerry shot a full-length cartoon, and then started to send the inseparable couple then to the land of Oz, and then to Baker Street to Sherlock Holmes. You’d be surprised, but these characters never disappeared. They were with us all the time, just in a slightly different field, present only on DVD. And now, the first full movie about mice and cats with live actors hit theaters.

You see, the world’s most famous couple has stopped by the New York venue for a wedding. The staff wants to arrange everything to the highest standard, but the animals, of course, will get in the way. Fortunately, a new hotel employee (Chloe Grace Moretz) will try to handle the situation.

‘Tom and Jerry’ is a very light and positive adventure that proves once again that everything new is well forgotten old. Let Tom and Jerry never disappeared, but they are again a novelty for big screens, so you can acquaint your child with the classics of animation with this full-length cartoon. Fortunately, the animation is improved on the computer is as much as required. No fuzzy inexpressive eyes three-dimensional animals – only modern 2D, which I really warms the soul.
